SMS Terms & Opt-In

Orchid Rentals operates a transactional SMS program to keep rental customers informed about their rentals. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
We send SMS text messages related to your car rental only. This includes booking confirmations, pickup reminders, payment reminders, and vehicle maintenance/service alerts. This is a transactional program — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to opt in
You opt in through a web form on orchid-rentals.com. When completing your renter profile, you enter your mobile phone number and check a consent checkbox. This is exactly what the consent checkbox looks like on the form:

Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out & help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@orchid-rentals.com or (415) 991-9374.
